First class postage within UK add £3.00

(* Exchange rate on 21st January, 2008. The exact amount in Euros and US Dollars will depend on the exchange rate on the day of purchase. You will see the exact amount including postage on the secure site before you give your credit card details.)
If your currency is not one of these (e.g. Canadian or Australian Dollars) then simply pay in Pounds Sterling and your credit card company will make the currency conversion for you, using their exchange rate for Pounds Sterling on the day the transaction is processed.
Alternatively cheques in Pounds Sterling drawn on a UK account, or if outside the UK, bankers drafts made out in Pounds Sterling, may be sent to the following address:

Please makes cheques payable to "Singing for Snorers" and do remember to write your postal address on the reverse of the cheque!
Orders are normally despatched within 3 days but please allow 28 days to cover times when we are re-ordering stock.
Orders and enquiries are taken in English. (However attempts will be made to find a translator if enquiries are sent in other languages!)
Your order details will be filed but will not be passed on to any third party.

To order more than one copy (if paying by cheque): to calculate the total cost use this link Calculate Total Cost which takes you to the order form on the "Order by Credit Card" page. Enter the number of copies you want and your postal zone then press the return/enter key and this form will calculate the cost of the postage for you. If paying by cheque ignore the message that pops up (if you use Internet Explorer as your browser) asking you to fill in an address form - this is only for people paying by credit card. You will need to post your delivery address to us with your cheque. To get back to this page use the link at the top of the page.
If you change your mind after making your order:
when the CD pack
arrives do not break the cellophane / shrink-wrap seal as this will invalidate your right to a refund. Simply return the CD pack, still sealed,
using the protective box it arrives in, within 7 working days of receipt for a
full refund. Enclose your name, address, invoice number and, if applicable, your
WorldPay transaction ID number. Please note that you will need to pay the return postage.
· If you paid by credit card your card will be credited through WorldPay.
· If you paid by cheque in Pounds Sterling a cheque will be posted out to you.
